On rare occasions your photos may not accurately represent you for various reasons. We are committed to providing the best customer experience , and so we offer a free redo of your order or a 100% refund upon request.

Despite being a digital service, each order generation consumes genuine resources in form of premium compute processing. Each processing, including redos, has a real non-negligible cost. Therefore to prevent abuse of our refund policy, we do have a few requirements.

  1. Following Our Upload Instructions:

    Upon your refund request we will examine your uploaded photos to verify that you adhered to our basic upload instructions. For example, one of the requirements is to upload photos where there are no other people together in your photos.

  2. Previewing vs Downloading High Resolution Photos

    We offer large size previews of all generated photos. However, explicitly downloading the high resolution versions of any photos will be considered actual use of the product and voids the refund policy. If you are not happy with the preview photos, please don't download high resolution versions.

  3. Refund Timeframe:

    You may send your redo or refund request any time within 10 days of purchase.

  4. How to Request a Redo or a Refund:

  5. Refund Processing Time

    We will respond to redo or refund requests within 1-4 business days. Once your refund is approved, the full amount will be returned to your original payment method typically within 7 business days or less.
